Auxanomen - Definition: We Grow
Auxanomen is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation established to provide endocrinology and diabetes specialty care for uninsured and under-insured adults. We operate Clinic Auxanomen one day a week in Southeast Austin.
Clinic Auxanomen was founded in response to barriers in the current health care culture that prevent patients from accessing health care and education vital to the patient’s quality of life regardless of their ability to pay.
Patients living with chronic disease, such as diabetes, benefit enormously from a continuous thread of care, but too often, through changes in employment or insurance status, these same patients fall through the cracks of the system that should support them.

Clinic Auxanomen supports the community's medical needs and staff work collaboratively with patients to make meaningful lifestyle changes through diet and exercise.
